This will be the final phase in this award winning 'Eco Village' on the outskirts of Cardiff. Gillard Associates will be designing bespoke sustainable homes which create a 'sense of place' for residents.
We will be launching 13 detached houses from single storey 2 bed homes to larger 4 bed homes all continuing on with the winning LivEco recipe from the last phases.
These houses will give people the opportunity to live a carbon free lifestyle and lock into zero bills for life!
Many of the successful energy saving features of the previous phases will be continued on these houses
We have also designed homes with larger ground floor areas which are open plan and will have views onto the pond or far reaching views over the valley to St Fagans museum beyond.
